Monday miscellany - 29Aug16

We'll be in for a wet week due to active tropical weather, but it should be no danger to us other than a bit of rain.

What I've been reading... I'm on page 336 of 560 in _Promise of Blood_. I'm still enjoying it a lot, but haven't spent much time reading this week.

What I've been crafting... I worked for a few hours on Ink Circles "Tapestry". I'm not quite at the 25% mark, but I am pretty close. Ideally, I'll be done with Tapestry by the end of September.

Fumbling toward fitness... I did 211 minutes for 10.8 miles on the treadmill, which is roughly about what I've hoped to average. I also made it by Curves 2.5 times. Why 2.5? I arrived there Friday and realized I'd left my workout clothes at home, so I only did a partial workout in jeans and sock feet. Perhaps I should keep a change of workout clothes in my car.

One Little Victory My stepson moved back to town last month, and for the past few weeks the whole family has been able to get together for Sunday lunch.
