WIPocalypse now - April update
April's full moon brings not only Easter, but another WIPocalpyse update!
First off, I didn't stitch on Convent Herbal Garden at all, so there will be no progress pic this time.
I did do a few more hours on Marbek "Nativity", and am now at 46. Although 6 hours of progress in a lunar month won't set any land speed records....

This time the Magi is around, and a shepherd is starting to make an appearance.
I did get a bit further on Needle Delights "Amethyst":

Still not quite done, but I hope to have it finished by next update.
One thing I did do this month is prep several pieces for framing, and I will be meeting up with my awesome framer tomorrow around noon.

I'm looking forward to it. It's been almost 3 years since I've had anything framed, and it should be a lot of fun.
Happy Easter!

Great job Belinda! Your nativity looks like its sprinkled with with stardust! Do you do your own stretching before you have a piece framed???
Love all your WIPs, especially Amethyst! I hadn't seen that design before. It's going on my "To Buy" list!
Great progress on your WIPs, Belinda! I also can't way to see all of those lovely pieces framed. Have fun choosing mats & frames!
I did have a lot of fun choosing mats, and I can't wait to see what the finishes look like.
@Karen, I do my own stretching now. It's not too bad to do. And I love the Nativity fabric too - Catherine at CountryStitch has some beautiful ones!
Beautiful stitching, Belinda. Looks like you're gonna have fun at the framers. Those finished projects look amazing. Can't wait to see them framed.
Hugs,
Veronica.
SOOOOO MANYYYYY SPARKLIES!!!! =) Goodness, that's a lot of stretching for framing prep. I'm such a procrastinator when it comes to that! Everything is so lovely. I'll be watching your Amethyst progress!
