A Rose Bowl by any other name...

Now THAT is what a Bowl Championship game should be. A well-played back-and-forth game, not a blowout that was already in the bag by halftime. It's obvious these two teams *are* number 1 and number 2, no controversy about whether or not a team that didn't make the Big Game really deserved to be there. (Especially when #3 Penn State needed three OT's to beat #22 FSU..)

The game was back-and-forth the entire time, and it came down to the last seconds of the game - a Vince Young 8-yard touchdown run, on 4th and 5, with 19 seconds left.

Texas 41, USC 38. Now that's a game. I hadn't really even intended to watch past halftime, if at all, but this one had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. And I'm not a fan of either team!

But I bet Suz is hoarse by now!
