A good day in college football

Today was a good day in college football for me, for two reasons.

Reason #1: Georgia Tech upset #3 Miami 14-10! This was a huge upset - Miami was favored by 17.5. And since Georgia Tech is bowl-eligible, this win may give them a shot at a decent bowl. Go Jackets!!

Reason #2: Central Florida, my alma mater, is now 8-3, and hosting the first-ever Conference USA championship game. Definitely not bad, considering UCF was 0-11 last year! Go Knights!!

Now, there is certainly a possibility that Georgia Tech and UCF may play each other in a bowl game...and I bet bowl organizers are hoping for that since UCF's coach, George O'Leary, used to coach Georgia Tech.

If UCF plays GaTech, we are SO getting tickets!
